How to use the UltraDeck Ticket Portal

It is extremely important that all communication related to a specific project is submitted as a reply or comment within the associated ticket. There are several reasons for this:
- Project Information Remains Centralized
All project-related communication, files, approvals, and notes remain organized within a single location that our team uses throughout the life of your project. - Faster Response Times
Our production team monitors a dedicated notification channel that prioritizes active projects. Any replies or comments made within tickets that are in our design or production queue generate an immediate notification, helping us keep projects moving as efficiently as possible. - Reduced Administrative Delays
When information is sent through a new ticket or separate email, our team must manually transfer that information into the project's active ticket. This additional administrative step can delay processing and increases the risk of important details being overlooked. - Improved Visibility
Our email inboxes receive a high volume of inquiries, new project requests, and general correspondence each day. Communications sent outside the project ticket may not be seen as quickly as messages submitted directly within the ticket portal.
Using the project ticket for all related correspondence helps ensure your information reaches the right team members quickly and allows us to provide the most efficient service possible.
